2 - Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
২ - কিছু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে এলাকাভেদে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
3 - Delivery charges will be added to the product cost and may vary by region.
৩ - ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের সাথে যুক্ত হবে এবং এটি বিভিন্ন এলাকার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
1 - If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may return or exchange it.
১ - যদি প্রাপ্ত পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আপনি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন।
2 - Please check the product in front of the delivery rider before accepting it.
২ - পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় ডেলিভারি রাইডারের সামনে পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে চেক করুন।
3 - If the product is not checked in front of the delivery rider, no return or exchange will be accepted.
৩ - রাইডারের সামনে পণ্য চেক না করলে, পরবর্তীতে কোনো রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
4 - If you wish to return a product due to personal preference or any other issue, a charge of 200 BDT will apply. (Since we use a single-use box, this fee covers packaging and courier charges. The return charge is 140 BDT within Dhaka and 200 BDT outside Dhaka).
৪ - যদি আপনি ব্যক্তিগত কারণে পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে চান, তাহলে ২০০ টাকা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। (একবার ব্যবহৃত প্যাকেজিং বক্স বাতিলের খরচ ও কুরিয়ার চার্জের জন্য ঢাকার মধ্যে ১৪০ টাকা , আর ঢাকার বাইরে ২০০ টাকা নির্ধারিত)।
